long walk unsafe parking
The location near the NEC was acceptable.
The parking situation was NOT ideal. The hotel states it has parking, but it is a 10-minute walk around a dark lake. I had to risk a fine to park closer because walking that distance late at night felt unsafe.

The room temperature was far too high for my liking. i had no ability to adjust it. it reminded me of a sauna and made sleeping difficult.. it woke me up each day of my stay.

convenient location helpful staff comfortable bed varied breakfast
The location was convenient. I walked easily to all the venues. The staff members were helpful, always available to answer questions. My room offered a comfortable bed. Breakfast had many options and was certainly lovely.
